I have found my passion in helping people, and in their journey in healing and moving forward in their life. For those making the choice to grow, I am here to assist you in moving through the emotional blocks which stand in your way.

The journey can be difficult, particuarly navigating through the unknown and at times there may be a want to return to the comfort of what we know, which is what was holding us back originally. I understand this as I walked this journey, I will help to keep you accountable as you discover an honest way forward embracing change and the challenges that come with that in building your identity.

I work with people from all walks of life and work particularly well with young men. (18-30 yrs)
