Therapist

I am deeply committed to fostering authenticity and vulnerability in all aspects of my work.

At the heart of my practice is the creation of a secure and nurturing environment, designed to empower children and families on their journey towards healing and growth. With a Masters degree from the Bouverie Centre and La Trobe University in Family Therapy, along with a Graduate Certificate in Child and Family Practice, I bring a strong educational foundation to my therapeutic approach.

My expertise extends to Synergetic Play Therapy and I hold certification as an IFS Therapist (L2 in IFS with children and adolescents). With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve occupied diverse roles including Child Protection, family therapy specialising in adolescents’ violent behavior towards parents and siblings, youth homelessness support, and child trauma counseling. My focus has consistently been on aiding vulnerable young individuals in recovering from the deep wounds of trauma’s impact.

I look forward to connecting with you and exploring ways in which I can assist you on your path to healing and connection.
